Previously, H.E. Mrs. Gulnara Iskakova has been the Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva since December 2010, also accredited as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Swiss Confederation, Italy and Liechtenstein.
