Zhanar Amanzholova has been working for Altynalmas for over seven years, and has wide experience of IT and business processes, and project management, as well as a deep understanding of the gold mining industry. As a Project Manager, she has implemented several large projects for Altynalmas, including the introduction of an ERP system, lean production, and integrated management system. In 2017, she was appointed Coordinator of the Digital Mine project, which comprises over 15 initiatives on digitalisation and the integration of processes with live broadcasting.
