Christopher Hunter is currently the Chief Risk Officer at a large global hedge fund. Prior to taking up his current position in 2013, he spent 12 years at BNP-Paribas in a variety of structured product trading and quantitative research roles. Dr Hunter also lectures in the MSc in Financial Mathematics at Oxford University and has previously taught courses in Financial Mathematics at King's College London and the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences (NYU). Before moving to the City, Christopher completed a PhD in Theoretical Physics under the supervision of Professor Stephen Hawking.
